About the event
In celebration of Pride Month, the Iowa City Parks & Recreation Department and Iowa City Pride are partnering to host Pride at the Pool on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 5-8 pm at City Park Pool.
Event activities and special pool admission is free from 5-8 pm. The fun-filled evening includes a Drag Storytime reading in partnership with Iowa City Public Library (5:30-6 pm), sidewalk chalk, temporary tattoos, pride flags galore, and much more!
In the shelter adjacent to the pool stop by and grab a bite to eat with Iowa City Pride or hang out with the Old Capitol City Roller Derby team for games and activities!
All individuals are encouraged to attend.
